I admit I drink soda. I like just about any soda except diet. However, I also drink more than a fair share of the daily water recommendation. I love water, and could probably drink a gallon per day if I didn't have to run to the restroom every 10 minutes.
Water is definitely what I would call a miracle drink. It helps you lose weight, it clears your skin, it makes you feel better, it keeps you hydrated and healthy, and best of all it's ffrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeee ( although I most the time buy bottled)
