One thing I learned from my acne is that if it goes away fast, it comes back just as fast. One thing that calmed mine down was vigourously scrubbing my face and using skin moisturizer to get rid of dead skin.
Its best to get an established medicine for acne that actually targets the cause, sweeping the floor wont stop it getting muddy shoeprints.
