What you drink

I do believe that they know say it is a myth that drinking too much soda will cause acne. However, soda and drinks high in sugar will not do much to help your skin. The best drink in terms of the health and glow of your skin is water.

Absolutely! Drinking water will not prevent acne, but it will improve your skin. The healthier your skin is the less likely you are to have acne. Sugary drinks do not help you in any way including the appearance of your skin, your teeth and your health in general. Water is by far the best.

I have made some changes in my diet, as well as what I drink, and have found it to be of HUGE benefit to my skin. I do really recommend drinking the recommended amount of water per day too. It does wonders and has really brought the glow back to my skin.

I can drink both soda and water, and my breakouts are not too severe. I can drink just about anything, and my skin is fine. Water does make you feel better though.

I think soda does cause acne. When I get into a habit of drinking a lot of soda and other high sugar things I start to break out with pimples. When that happens I begin to drink nothing but water for weeks straight.

I must admit, I am a soda addict and I shake now when I don't have a soda in my possession. It is getting really bad but,

I have offically switched over to water. I bought 5x 24 packs of bottled water and stored them in a cold area of my house. Hopefully I will get healthier skin-wise and teeth wise.

I admit I drink soda. I like just about any soda except diet. However, I also drink more than a fair share of the daily water recommendation. I love water, and could probably drink a gallon per day if I didn't have to run to the restroom every 10 minutes.

Water is definitely what I would call a miracle drink. It helps you lose weight, it clears your skin, it makes you feel better, it keeps you hydrated and healthy, and best of all it's ffrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeee ( although I most the time buy bottled) .

Water is the best possible drink, and I do drink a lot of it. Unfortunately, I also drink a lot of coffee. I love the stuff and drink it all day long while I am working. Perhaps in the new year I will cut back.
