I have often thought I would be good at keeping acne away if only I could get my face 100% cleared up for a time. I mean if you don't touch your face, are careful to use skin sensitive soaps, keep your face clean without drying it out, eat well and drink water you can greatly reduce your chances of acne.

I find that washing my face with a good face wash and using a cotton ball to apply Clean & Clear toner keeps my face clear. I love, love, love Clean & Clear toner.

Anytime I eat fast food, which is becoming more and more rare, I notice that's when I get a few more break outs. For me, keeping away from greasy food and washing my face with Total Effects has done wonders.

I can't quit eating fast food or some other things, but when I stopped to drink soda, I noticed a big change on my face, I had a lot less pimples because of that

I noticed a good improvement too when I was not drinking much soda. It does really seem to help.

I had severe acne, yet once it got cleared up with Proactiv, I hardly ever have problems anymore. I don't even use the Proactiv on a regular basis, and I am somewhat pitiful in my skin care overall. I have no explanation for why my acne hasn't returned to the way it was.
