Once you find system or daily plan that works to help you reduce and/or prevent your acne, you should stick with it. Some people see improvement and then stop what they are doing.

It is true I now that sometimes you might feel like giving up a treatment that you were using once it works well but that is the worst thing you could do as your acne could come back.

I agree with you completely. The worst thing is when something works, then you stop doing it, and then when you go to do it again, it stops working. It's really unfortunate when that happens.

I'm one of those guilty parties who stopped treatment once my acne cleared. Still, I've been fortunate because aside from an occasional blemish, my acne has not reappeared and it has been a long while since I've been off treatment.
