Sweat?

I have heard that if you sweat a lot then that can actually cause you to break out in pimples. The salt in your sweat aparently can clog your skin's pores or something like that. Is this true?

I think it is because many articles you read tell you to make sure to wash your face after you have exercised or sweated for some other reason.

I have never found that sweat itself has caused trouble so long as you shower/wash as soon as possible after sweating. Also, make sure you clean watches, glasses, sweatbands, and any other object that has been in contact with sweat.

I will get some body breakouts if I have an intense workout at the gym where I sweat a lot especially in my chest/back area...sometimes on my legs.

I've never gotten spots from sweating, but I once got a REALLY nasty rash at the top of my leg that make it really painful to walk.

yes it can happen but it usually isn't an issue since normally people shower after exercise or work that makes them really sweaty.
