Every doctor that I have talked to has told me that diet is not the cause of acne, so I don't think that this is necessarily true. There are more important things you should try out besides changing your diet.

When I was a young person and ate a diet heavy in fats, I never had a problem with acne. When I was older and was eating healthy foods, that is when my acne developed. I do not believe greasy foods will cause acne, but they will certainly affect your overall health.

No, no foods are known to cause acne, but some people may break out with certain foods because their body doesn't react well with the food they eat. Shrimp is known to break people's faces out that are allergic to it, but that doesn't mean shrimp causes acne.
