Garlic Treatment

I have read a few times that a good treatment for acne is rubbing raw garlic on your face several times a day. Supposedly it can cure some of the toughest of acne problems. I have never used it because I don't know if I can handle that strong smell. Has anyone tried this ?

I don't think I would have ever been able to try this treatment. I can't imagine how bad it would make a person smell. The acne may go away, but so would all the people in your life

Ha ha..that is exactly why I won't try it. It has been known to work extremely well though, but I think I will stick to the less smelly alternatives .

The garlic smell takes forever just to get out of my hands from peeling it. I couldn't imagine it being on my face... I think it would bother my eyes too. Would the garlic capsules work though that you take with water?

I've never heard of garlic tablets but thats not to say it couldn't. I have just heard that the raw garlic works quickly and effectively, so I bet people that are really desperate to get rid of their acne are probably the ones that have tried it. It seems to be that it would probably burn really bad too?
