Organic Cream treatment

I'm really big into try organic cleaners and natural remedies that contain no chemicals. So many of the over-the-counter cleaners have so many chemicals in them that they almost seem counter productive. Here is something I have found that I am thinking about trying. I haven't tried it yet so I can't say for sure if it works, but it looks interesting:

2 tsp beeswax
2.5 tsp cocoa butter
2 tbsp sweet almond oil
1 tbsp wheatgerm oil
3 tbsp spring water
0.5 tbsp emulsifying wax

You put all the ingredients except the spring water and emulsifying wax into a bowl over hot boiling water, then heat them until they are melted. Then heat the emusilfying wax and water in another pan. After they are both heated pour them together, stir them, then put them in a jar for lots of future uses . Then refrigerate !

I would think with the different oils in this mixture it would cause your face to be some what oily. Did it say anything about positives or negatives for acne prone skin?

It said it was acne based cream used not only to prevent acne but to moisturize. I may just have to break down and try it.

Wow, all those oils do sound like they would make for a greasy substance, so I'll be curious to see what this is like if you try it. I can believe it would be very good for moisturizing.

I would not trust that. The substance sounds very greasy and I would not see how much that could actually help. Do you have any additional websites about this?

I actually read it in a magazine, so I don't have much to go, just a few comments that it worked for a few people. I may try it just to see....I hope I don't end up with my entire face looking like a pizza thoug .
