Hypnosis for Acne

I saw an advertisement the other day for a deep trance hypnosis treatment to prevent and help clear acne. They also said that yoga is beneficial. I can see yoga helping because of improving circulation, but what would hypnosis do?

Reading that just broke my BS meter. How can acne be cured by hypnosis? That's like saying waving a watch in front of you will mend a broken leg.

Unless it reduced stress or anexiety about your acne, balancing out the chemicals a little, then there is no way it can help.

I will have to agree with you there. Acne cannot be cured through hypnosis. First of all hypnosis is used to try and make people stop certain actions or to open up about things they know. Acne is not generally caused by one specific action so no this does not work.

Hypnosis would do just about nothing. In the field of pyschology it is not even accepted by all as be effective for the usual situato\ions. As for clearing up acne, that sounds ridiculous.

I do not believe that at all, practicing yoga can make you feel relaxed, that would help some, but I can't see how it would make the pimples go away at all lol

Sounds like another one of those scams. They promise sure fire results but in the end you just lose all of your money. Never fall for dumb things like this.
