I don't recommend this. Oil taken orally has never been proven to have an effect on acne, but sugar has. Juice contains large quantities of sugar. Sugar spikes blood glucose, which produces an insulin response. This insulin response inflames the skin tissue and unbalances hormones - thus leading to more acne.
In which case, you would benefit greatly by reducing sugar intake as much as possible. This includes junk food, juices, and starches like white bread.
As far as oil, consuming omega 3 fatty acids may help with acne.. though no definitive link has yet been established. Also, this applies more to a western diet than middle eastern diet - as western diets tend to be deficient in omega 3 (excessive meat consumption).

I'm not sure if that one contains benzoyl peroxide - but if it doesn't, try one that has 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. This helps greatly with moderate acne.
Hope that helps!
