One product I have tried that has worked quite well is Panoxyl Wash 10, however its not that cheap plus becuase of its popularity it is quite often out of stock and hard to track down!

I have not really tried this product. But according to the reviews that I have read, it is really effective and may also be used for the body as a whole.
