Noxzema
I've never had luck with this problem dealing with acne. All it would do is make my face feel refreshed and "minty" for about 5 minutes after use. However, I have found that it is a good make-up remover, just not a very good face cleaner or acne fighter.

I'd forgotten all about this product line, which is amazing because I sure used it a lot when I was younger. It didn't do anything for my acne, but I thought it was an excellent cleansing product. I used the cream and the pads (not at the same time), plus the astringent lotion.

I enjoy the tingling feeling Noxzema gives my face. It also works really well on sunburns (John Candy in “Summer Rental”) and for shaving. Noxzema even has a line of disposable razors. I keep the blue tub at home for miscellaneous uses.

Noxzema? That was the first thing my mom tried to use when my first pimple erupted shortly after my 14th birthday. Alas, it was as useless as, um...udders on a bull, to put it nicely. |
