Have you heard the Shu Uemura UV Under Base?

According to its product insert, this will tighten your pores and smoothen your skin due to its Hamamelis extract and deep sea water component.

Haven't tried it though.

This is the first time i have heard about such a product.

Can we get it at from any cosmetic shop or do i have to get it from a chemist? I have tried almost everything and nothing seems to help me in completely removing my rashes and pores.

I think you can buy this in the beauty shops or beauty product section of some department stores. Try browsing the Cosmopolitan magazine to find the malls where it is available.
