I have not done this, nor do I plan to do it lol. I also wouldn't recommend it, but do what you got to do.

I've drank it before and when I drink it it clears my skin quite a bit.... what it does is clear out your digestive system... make sure you drink PLENTY of water too!! Only apple cider vinegar though, it doesn't strip your digestive of helpful bacteria.... the first few days you may break out ...
