Here is a simple thing you can do to prevent scars:

DON'T touch your acne or pinch them out! If you do, your really tearing up the skin and pores and it is going to leave a nasty scar.

I see so many people peel and aggetate acne and pimples and it is going to leave scars everywhere.

Anyone else have other tips?

I agree with you Chris. I used to pick my pimples and touch my face. It left scars on my face. But now, it is not that visible anymore. And we could do something about it by using herbal or natural treatments.

I think the bigest problem is that it is easier sad than done. It is a natural thing to want to pick at it. You have to just make sure that you are aware of what you are doing so that you do not pick at them and run the risk of spreading them.

I have pinched a few and popped them. It makes them heal faster at times. I have never gotten any scars though. How often does this leave scars? I would hate to end up scarring myself.

Yes I have always been told not to pinch at pimples because you are more likely to scar and in th end can have more problems. I think a lot of people do this though thinking they are ridding themselves of the pimples.
