Scars from diseases

Besides having scars from pimples, many of us get scars from diseases like chicken pox. Are the scars from pimples and from diseases are the same? should they be treated in the same manner?

I don't think they are the same, both of them are damages on the skin, I guess laser treatment would be the best option to cure it, but kind of expensive too

I think in many cases treatments and remedies that can be used for scarring from illness and injury will also work on acne scars.

From what I have heard, a scar is a scar regardless of how it got there. Treatment will vary according to depth (pitting) and whether or not it is smooth or rough. The age of the scar has an impact, as well.

You are correct It does not matter how you get the scar. Scars are all the same. To get them removed laser treatment is an option but as stated it is very expensive.
