Vitamin C

Vitamin C does help your complexion look healthier, but I have never notice any reduction in my acne scars due to take Vitamin C. I know some scar fighting lotions have a topical form of Vitamin C. I would be interested in finding out if that might work.

I do not believe that taking a lot of Vitamin C would really reduce the number of scars that you have or even lessen their visibility. The only way to do that would be to take some type of medication cream.

^ Yeah I agree with you. I think that the Vitamin C may help your skin look a bit better but it doesn't help get rid of scars. As I said before it makes your skin look nicer.
