I hope popcorn isn't bad for you , I work at a movie theater so I tend to eat it often since we get it for free while we are working, it makes for a nice snack

I know of a person who has diabetes, so blood sugar rises are nothing new here. But the foods you have mentioned have not caused this person any acne and they eat them as mentioned above. I think that there are many contributing factors and these foods might play a part in overall picture. But they acne is not caused by them.

This is interesting. I was under the impression that foods were never the culprit for acne. What article did you read that in? I'd love to read it too.

It might be all the grease and fats in the potatoes and popcorn that causes breakouts. Because who eats plain popcorn? Thats like eating salt, blargh. And everyone loves fried totties don't they?

Grease can cause your skin to break out in things, so can drinks like coke.

I have heard both sides of this debate. Many doctors will tell you that it is a myth that eating certain foods or drinking soda causes acne.

I heard that any type of fruit generally helps acne problems. Is this true or have I just been misinformed?

I know for a fact that grease causes acne (Unless I'm wrong) so I think it is a good idea not to have too much grease around you.
