Natural Foods That Induce Acne!

According to the article that i have read, mangoes, bagels, potatoes, popcorn, PAPAYA, and many other “natural” foods actually cause acne. It is said that these foods are inflammation-inducing foods which cause problems such as a rapid rise in blood sugar levels. This leads to a burst of inflammation on a cellular level. Basically, as our insulin rises, this leads to increased inflammation throughout our bodies. But how come papaya is helpful in making our skin healthy? I'm confused!

Yes mangoes, potatoes and popcorn can lead to acne. They cause rise in sugar levels and this results in acne. PAPAYA is not bad at all. It is actually good for the skin.

I eat lots of mangoes, potatoes, popcorn, PAPAYA and I don't have any problem with acne so I am not sure if this is true but if you do have a problem may be you should stay away .

I read that there is no evidence that certain foods, such as fried foods or chocolate, cause or aggravate acne. A good balanced diet is, however, important to help your body work properly and keep you healthy.

Hi there!

I think tomatoes are good for the skin. Because it is rich in vitamin C making it helpful for acne and brightening dull skin and contains vitamin A needed for building healthy skin. Its naturally acidic properties help it balance the skin and get rid of excessive oil. The antioxidants in tomatoes make them free radical fighters.

I'm guilty of eatting a bagel every morning, french fries for lunch, and a lot of popcorn for the movies.

No one why I am having so many acne problems!

I don't think that eating popcorn can be bad for you , cause corn is sayed to be the top three foods , it couse be cause of the butter on the corn that is what is making the corn bad .
