What Foods to Eat???

What foods do you notice that tend to cause your face to break out? I notice when I drink a lot of sodas or eat greasy foods I tend to break out more than when I eat a healthy diet. Is there any foods you know help your skin from the inside?

Yeah skin specialists usually forbid to eat oily or fried food to reduce acne. Caffeine is also bad for acne skin so coffee should be avoided and so as too much chocolate.

My acne was never impacted by my diet. Some people (especially my sister-in-law) would try to insinuate that I could control it by changing my diet, but I already ate low-fat, low sugar, so I knew she was full of . . . well, you know

Is your sister-in-law a dermatologist? Taking balanced diet surely affects our skin and so as our body. It takes time though, but it really affects

Even though they say that foods do not directly cause acne, I also notice that greasy foods and caffeine/soda seem to bring out more problems.

I think fruits and vegetables are a great help because you can get the vitamins and minerals that are good for the health of your skin.

I have always heard that the foods you eat do not cause acne or make it worse, and I have never really seen a change due to any food that I ate.
