Obviously all of us use separate towels and do not share it with anyone, but does our own towel can increase the already on-going acne problem? How often should we wash our towel in order to avoid such problem?

I suppose it just depends on what exactly you are using your towel for. Are you using your towel just for drying your face, or for the actual washing as well? Please be more specific.

As long as your face is thoroughly washed prior to using the towel and the towel is allowed to dry before you use it next, I don't see where there would be a problem with reusing it.

hmm, I use the same towel I use for the body most of the times, but towels are something VERY dirty, but we cannot see the bacteries and everything, so it makes sense...

I own white towels that always go into the washer with bleach, but even still I always let my face air dry or dry with a cotton ball.

I think a towel should be washed often regardless of acne problems as you can transfer germs onto towels.

I generally let my face air dry as well. Sometimes I do have to blot it dry if it is really wet from washing.
