7 year old with Acne already

My friend's son already has acne and he is only 7 years old. Is this normal? She is taking him to a dermatologist soon, but I haven't seen too many 7 years olds that already have acne.

it is normal if one of the parents suffered fro ance since it is herediatry. i have heard of other about his age with acne
