Apple Cider Vinegar?
I have been reading up on Apple cider Vinegar and its benefits. Its incredible with what it can help with. I read that a mixture of 2 TABLESPOONS of ACV to an 8 ounce glass of water applied to the face several times a day, helps reduce infection and dry out inflammation. What i was wondering was if anyone here has ever tried this??? if so, what were the results? Thanx, Audrey!
