What should I do
I am a 15 year old high school student, I have had acne since the 6th grade when I was 12. It used to not be that bad, and it would come and go. Then I started getting it on my back pretty bad in 7th and 8th grade. Thats when I went to a dermatologist. Unfortunately he wasn't able to help me so I just gave up. Then a miracle happend and getting a lot of sun and using an over the counter acne medication it almost entirely went away the summer going into my 9th grade year. I thought I was threw with acne, but I was wrong, a few months into this years school year it started breaking out again, and its been downhill from there... It's now the summer going into my 10th grade year and my face and back are awful, its a constant breakout, usually pretty severe acne too. Any suggestions on what might have caused this flare over the past months? One contributer that I am positive of is the fact im working 30-36 hours in a hot kitchen this summer. Im trying to go back to my dermatologist for some advice, but does anyone else have something that has helped them in a similar situation? Im really worried about scarring on my face when it eventually does clear up too.
