Diet

Do you believe that certain substances, such as coffee, tea, chocolate, nuts, alcoholic beverages and hot spicy foods, may be associated with this condition?

I am 100% sure that it is related to your diet . The skin is also used to get rid of toxins and acne is the toxins that are in you body that are trying to get out . A person with a good diet dose not get acne why ?

Having a healthy diet may help in preventing acne. But why do some people still suffer from it even if they practice a healthy diet?

I Do not think the diet has much to do with Acne. These problems are caused more by hormonal imbalances in the body rather than the food we intake.

I go with the hormone imbalance however I still think a healthy diet would aid you in other aspects of your life even if it does not improve your acne. Dairy is usually a bad one for allergies.

A healthy diet is important for improving raw materials for healthy skin, but they also note that greasy or sugary foods do not cause acne. Likewise, a study concurred, “Diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patients…even large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne.” Of course, that doesn’t mean you should make a habit of eating foods high in sugar or fat. The skin is the body’s largest organ, so what’s good for the rest of you will be good for your skin, too.

Diet does not play much of a role in the cause or growth of Acne and other skin problems related to Acne.

Actually, it does not really cause Acne. However, it aggravates it. A healthy diet will make our skin clearer. Some dermatologists would recommend you to drink lots of water and eat a lot of fruits.

It is believed that eating slowly digested carbohydrates could clear up pimples too. Basically, high protein and low-GI diet may help a lot.
