Watermelon for beautiful skin

Some people believe that rubbing their faces with the rind of a watermelon will give them beautiful skin. There is plenty of truth to this, as the pulp of the fruit is a good exfoliant and watermelon is rich in vitamins A, B and C. The fruit contains a lot of water which serves to hydrate the skin and the gentle massaging action will stimulate lymphatic drainage.

Yes, particularly fresh fruits and vegetables. These are really good for our skin as well as for our health. You can use this directly on your skin or you can buy the prepared soaps sold in the market.

Fresh fruit extracts are really good for the skin as they provide vitamins that essential for skin growth and development. Fruits also provide good moisture for the skin as well.

Lots of different fruit can do wonders for the skin. That's why all these products have several different fruit extracts in them. I have never personally tried watermelon rinds, but I definitely will give it a shot. I don't think it will hurt !
