Embarrassing
Do you feel that adult acne is more embarrassing to have than teenage acne?
I have found that I get more embarrassed now when I breakout then I did when I was younger. I think this is because I feel that by my current age, I should be well aware of how to keep the blemishes at bay. Anybody else? |

I would have to disagree. The teenage years are really the most awkward stage of your life, and it's pretty natural to have acne as a teenager. As an adult, you are expected to be completely grown, and acne isn't as common.

I think that it is equally as devastating whether you are an adult or a teen. There are just different reasons behind it. Like a teen might have a hard time with bullying or an adult might have a hard time in the dating scene (depending on severity, of course).
