My mom and one of my uncles had acne well into their 30's. Well I think they were both around 35. I really hope I do not have my acne quite that long.

Yeh I know what you mean. I hope I would not have it that long either. Didn't any treatments work for them?

Did they have very severe cases well into their 30s, or was it more of an occasional breakout or occasional pimple?

Oh my! That had to have been terrible for them. I could handle an occasional pimple, but not anything severe for so many years.
