Attitude
One of the things I struggled with when my adult acne was at it's worst was maintaining a positive attitude. No matter how nicely I dressed or fixed my hair, I knew people were focusing on my acne. How is a person supposed to stay positive when you have bad acne?

Ignore the fact that they stare, the novelty of it eventually wears off after a while. Besides, your acne is on your face, you probably just think that everyone is staring at it. They're probably just keeping eye-contact.
The more you worry about it, the more you find ways to worry about it. Being self-concious about it just causes problems. Don't worry about it and forget you have it. |

I agree with Dartz, a lot of the time, all you need to do is remain confident in yourself, not just your looks, but also your own charisma and intelligence. A lot of the time, these people might just be looking into your eyes, not necessarily at your acne.
