I have read that kissing relieves tension. A passionate kiss is a great relaxation technique. I agree with that.
It also helps prevent tooth decay (better than brushing your teeth? ) It is said that after eating, our mouth is full of sugar solution and acidic saliva, which cause plaque build up. That is why kissing is nature's own cleaning process.

Interesting Technique!!!!
I better go meet up my boyfriend. I had not seen him for the past 3 days due to my college assignments. I think it is high time i met him after all my skin and myself need some extra care and comfort!!!

I have read where studies have shown that couples who kiss are more likley to be happier together. If they kiss more it shows they love each other more than doing other activities. Things like sex become routine to some couples but kissing is different than that.
