Are you heartbroken? Now what?

It has happened to almost everyone - a breakup that's seemingly impossible to recover from. Whether you've been together two months or ten years too long, there's a post-relationship limbo you need to survive in order to get on with your life. I believe that when you start to open up your heart again and let someone in, it will help you a lot to move on.

Recovering from a broken relationship is really tough. I guess one will have to spend some time alone so that they get a hold of things around them before going into another relationship.

It is very difficult to recover, but it will happen eventually. You just have to be open to recovering. So many people dont want to get over a relationship, and it's harder for them.

I agree with Kathy. It is not easy to recover from a breakup nor is it easy to getting into a new relationship. One has to wait a while before so that he /she can have time to think about problems they had and how they could avoid such matters in the future.
