Bread linked to acne.
It is said that eating too much bread may trigger acne in teenagers.
Scientists in the United States believe the refined grain and sugar in some bread can cause high levels of insulin. So I guess that stimulates the endocrine system? |

Are you serious? That must be why I have so much acne, my family pratically lives on bread. We have sandwiches most of the time because we're all so busy all the time we rarely get to sit down and eat a real meal.

According to some researches which I don't know if i will believe, increase in insulin may be triggered by these easily digested breads. The combination of formed substances in the body can increase the male hormones known as androgen, will increase sebum/oil in the skin which can build up in our pores which encourages growth of acne-causing bacteria.
