ice and what

isn't there some type of home remedy where you use heat on your breakout area and then ice and rotate them until the pimples start to get smaller?

I have never heard of this. I tried to find something on Google, but I didn't come up with anything. Some of the others on here are more experts on home remedies than I am, so hopefully they'll let you know one way or the other.

I doubt that there is, but it will help the pain if your acne hurts like Hell.

The ice numbs the pain and the heat relaxes it away. But I'm not sure if it will reduce the pimples, you could try it, I don't think it would hurt.

I really don't think this could help get rid of your acne. I haven't heard of anything like this before. As others have said it will probably help with the pain.

I am not sure about the heat part but they do say that you can use ice on a pimple to help reduce the swelling and redness.
