pantothenic acid
hey guys
 i just have a quick question. i got some pantothenic acid in the mail 2 days ago (here's the link PANTOTHENIC ACID 500MG TR : Puritan Sale ) i've been reading online about it and how it's supposed to clear up your acne, mine's not terrible, just a little bit on my back and shoulders. so i took about 13 pills yesterday, i should have taken 20 to get to the amount that everyone was recommending but i didnt get around to it. i felt kind of funny the first day but didnt think it had anything to do with the pills. this morning i took 5 more and got a really bad headache, whats going on? do you know why its doing this? i heard the only side effect was diarrhea. also, do you know if raw food diets are supposed to clear your skin up? thanks so much for any help you can give me! |
