Instead of picking your pimples, try applying a warm compress on the face once or twice daily which will help relieve the inflammation and makes the appearance of a pimple smaller.

I wish you had told me this when i was 19 and the Acne was just popping up on my face. I learned this a few months and a 4 broken pimples later.
