My best friend in the school faced a skin problem when I was in the 8th standard, I didn't know it was acne or not but he faces irritation on affected part

Hi there! Well, i think it is best for your best friend to consult a dermatologist to know if it is acne. Maybe it is one type of acne (acne Rosacea) because this type of acne causes rash and irritation.

It all happened when he was just 12 years old and now he is 28. He never faces any severe skin problem after that but the some marks are still left on his face

Well that is very serious and he should seek help from a dermatologist if this persists as they will know what actions could be taken for his condition in order to see improvement.

It probably was acne or some other skin condition. As for the marks that have been left there are various things he could try to reduce the scars. A dematologist can certainly help with this.
