I don't think that the dust particles would cause acne per so; however, they could definitely trigger an allergy or irritation relation outbreak on the skin. In any event, regular face washing will keep the dust from doing any harm.

I agree with you on this one. I think that is often why teens have such big breakouts. They sweat all day and do not clean their faces. I know this is not the dust partical thing, but if they are sports person then I think it works in the same manner.
