I would recommend that careful and frquent cleaning of the nose piece of the glasses is taken seriously. You need to help him do this on the a daily basis. He might forget once in a while but reminders are a good way to make it happen.

My son had the same problem with glasses when he was younger. He didn't break out anywhere else other than where the nosepieces hit and where the frames touched his face a bit. The eyedoctor readjusted the frames so they didn't touch his face and told him to clean the nosepieces every time he cleaned his lenses. He didn't have problems with breakouts after doing that.

Thanks for the advice my friends since the past few weeks he now is frog marched to the bathroom to clean both the bridge of his nose and the support things on his glasses, and guess what a significant imorovement is evident. still blackheads etc but looking beeter cheers
