Teasing, Bullying, etc.

I was just wondering if acne is still something that a lot of kids get picked on for. I know it's very common, however, I know how brutal kids can be these days.

Most normal and sensitive people wouldn't pick on people because of it. I know people who have acne at it just doesn't register when I look at them. But you do get some mean uncaring people who would pick on them just for a laugh. I've even seen girls insult guys because of it. So yes some people do still pick on people with acne.

The cleared faced arrogant kids will still pick on the weak acne ridden kid. Just like skinny picks on fat and popular picks on unpopular. There will always be teasing from kids that are jerks.

Kids can be so incredibly cruel. Yeah, unfortunately, there is still a lot of bullying that goes along with not having a clear face.

Yes, there's still some "prejudice" about it, which I found really bad, it's ridiculous because it is a very common thing amont teens, does not make sense

I think sadly some kids still get picked on if they have an acne problem. I think it is terrible to do so because generally one cannot help having acne and it can take time to find a treatment that works.

I think they still do, but I think medications and things have come a long way though and I haven't seen many kids around my area with severe enough acne to actually warrant anyone being super cruel.

I am sure it does happen at times. Kids can be cruel but I think a lot of people do experience acne at some point and so hopefully they do not pick on one another.

I think that the teasing is mainly geared towards those who have the most severe cases of acne, or unfortunately placed pimples.

Yeah it is very bad for being teased. You actually cant get rid of it soon and people keep bullying and teasing you all the time. Its so embarassing at times that i have to shut up and keep quiet when my friends will giggle at me.
