Stress

A big number of teenagers are stressed nowadays, with school or with their social lives, in my opinion, stress can cause someone to have acne, what do you think?

Technically stress does not directly cause acne, oil does, however I know my face is oilier when I am stressed. Stress is never a good thing. I wash my face a bit more frequent around payables at work or finals at school. I usually do a gentle washing just to remove excess oils.

I don't think stress causes acne, but it can be a trigger for an outbreak. I do think kids have too much stress these days with all the things that are going on in their lives. It would be good to see stress relief techniques taught in school.

Kids have way too much stress and way more pressures nowadays. I'm not sure of a direct link, but I do know that I started seeing more and more pimples as days went on from being stressed about work.

I don't think parents still understand all of the stress on their teens. I remember being one of those teens and my mom would always say "what do you have to be so stressed about". It would have been nice to have her be more understanding. I do think that stress is a big factor in the way your skin reacts. Stress just affects the whole body negatively.

I think generally doctors say that stress is not a cause for acne but if you already have acne it can aggravate it.

Stress can have an impact on someone who is suffering from acne. It is my understanding that it would not be a primary cause but could make it worse.

I don't think stress causes acne but rather makes yourself make the acne worse. (If that makes sense). Even so stress is not good for the body. I believe that stress will cause your acne to worsen a bit but it doesn't overall affect acne to much.

Stress Probably Is Related

I would say that stress does play a role, because whenever I'm stressed out that's when I notice acne appear. Idon't know if it's oil or whatever, but I do know that stress is somehow connected to your skin and acne.

I have had a lot less pimples since I started using a product called Face Doctor Rx. It's pretty much natural and is the only product that has ever worked for me.

To read my blog about it, which includes ingredients and everything you want to know about it, go to: This Stuff Cured My Acne.
