Most painful place to get zits?

Zits, pimples and blackheads....I had them and hated them. Sometimes I hated them because they looked bad, but most of the time I hated them because they were painful and felt icky.

Some of the affected areas, though, hurt more than others. In my case, the tip of my nose and the "sniper target" - center forehead.

What about other members? Any particular pain points related to acne?

Right on your nose is a bad spot. Not only does it hurt but you get a lot of red nosed comments from people. Other areas includes your upper neck near your chin. That can hurt at times.

I would have to say that the ear is the most painful place to have acne. I have never had any there, but I have seen my boyfriend struggle with them for a while. Sometimes he is almost to the point of tears when he tries to pop them.

When my acne was really bad, it was painful no matter where it was because there was a lot of infection under the surface. It was a very difficult thing to deal with.

Oh I hate getting pimples right in the middle of your forehead, they are so annoying. Mostly I either get pimples on my nose or my forehead although lately it hasn't been to bad.

probably right in the middle of my chin,especially if it's still "coming out"
