Angry I am no longer a teenager, but I still get acne

I'm 26 but acne has been an issue for me ever since I was 18. That may sound weird to some of you because acne should be at it's worst in your teens right? Well not for me, the main reason for my adult acne is I was going through some painstakingly stressful times to say the least. Let's just say it was the worst event of my life, and it lasted 4 years.

As a result my hormones are still paying the price. I saw a hrmone specialist and had blood work and saliva testing done to determine my hormone levels, turns out my adrenals are VERY LOW! Like horrible!!! So that explained a lot. But it's been a long journey getting them back, and they're still low, but improvoing thank god.

So I can testify hormones do play a role in acne and how you feel. I have noticed improveent in my skin since my hormones have started to improve.

But the only over the counter acne product that has ever helped me is Skin Doctor Rx. It worked almost immediately for me, which is saying a lot, since nothing helped me 5 years prior to using it, and I tried everything.

To see my blog and learn more about Face Doctor Rx go to: This Stuff Cured My Acne. You'll get to read it's ingredients and decide for yourself if you think this is a product that will work for you. I hope this helps.

I would not recommend that because different birth control pills have different levels of estrogen and progesterone.. Therefore they work on a feedback mechanism. Some of those pills actually have acne as a side effect.
If I may make a recommendation... I have recently designed an acne treatment that clears acne in a week. It's great for adolescents and adults and does not have any harsh chemicals. I would be happy to send you a free sample if you like Please email me at dr_dar@hotmail.com

I wouldn't go for birth control pills. Acne normally comes up with spike in hormone levels, but there are many other ways to treat acne beside this method.

i don't think pill control is the best option. As a matter of fact, getting adequate sleep+managing stress+eating vegetables that contain vitamin A B,zine+keeping the face clean, will help in preventing acne.i hope this helped.if you want more tips you can go to acne.
