Stress

Some people get so upset by their pimples that they pick at them and make them last longer. Stress, however, does not play much of a direct role in causing acne. I do also squeeze my pimples before but it is really a bad habit because it may spread the infection and cause scarring.

Squeezing or breaking the pimples will only aggravate ones woes and pain. I used to do that when i got these pimples for the first time and that has resulted in a scar on my face.

Yes it aggravates pain and causes scar. But it also causes the spread of pimple. A pimple is composed of pus, bacteria and red cells. The fluid coming out from a picked pimple causes it to spread because a bridge is already made where the bacteria (S. aureus) can travel. So it is best to let your pimple mature, dry and heal by itself.

Stress does cause me to want to pick at my face on occasion. Unfortunately this only makes it worse. I'm glad to know that I am not the only person who has this problem. Boredom is also a big contributer to this unfortunately.

Not just boredom. Sometimes when you pick your pimple, you feel satisfied. I just don't know why. Maybe because you just really hate it that you want to have some revenge, well, revenge is really bad.

I have seen many shows hosted by skin doctors and they have clearly mentioned that if you have pimples on your face, do not touch them at all and leave them on your own

That's really funny. I never feel avenged by picking at a pimple, but I guess that's just me.

I do pop the ones that are massive, especially when I can fill the bump. Then I like to look at in the mirror. Some of them are huge!

It is really true that if we puck the pimples on our face, they really came back within a no time and more pimples are likely to grow because of the infection

I know that most people pick on them but I don't think that it is true that it will come back as because of it but it make take longer to heal but not come back .

I don't think they normally come back as it is that they take longer to heal, and they can just get worse. More dirt can get inside and make it become inflammed.
